The Board of Directors is composed of a management team with experience in multinational companies characterized by a high level of innovation.
Destination Italia is led by a woman, Eng. Secondina Giulia Ravera, whose Curriculum Vitae is of outstanding caliber (former General Manager of Wind-Tre), and who has been able to attract other successful managers, such as Dr. Giulio Valiante, as well as foster the growth of several people within the Group.
Destination Italia combines extensive experience in the tourism sector with proven capabilities to achieve further growth through external lines.
The Board of Directors, appointed by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 27, 2026, shall remain in office for a period of three financial years until the approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2028.

An Electronic Engineering graduate with an MBA from Insead in Fontainebleau, she is a key partner in the Destination Italia Group. He is an independent director of Inwit, Reply, Polo del Gusto (Illy) and chairman of the Opc Advisory Committee for the Neva First Fund. With over 20 years of experience, she has managed mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, with key roles in large companies including McKinsey & Co, 3Italia, and Wind3, for which she was General Manager and Merger Integration Officer. He also served as CEO of 3Lettronica Industriale. She is the only woman to have chaired Asstel, the Italian Telecommunications Association of Confindustria. She was an independent director of A2A and Otb (Renzo Rosso) and president of the Milanese institutes Pio Albergo Trivulzio, Martinitt and Stelline.

Daniele Simonetti

18 years of experience in finance, administration and control, with a focus on travel, tourism and entertainment.Before coming to Destination Italia, he was management control manager of MagicLand, the most important theme park in central southern Italy. Previously, he was an auditor in Bompani Audit. Master’s degree in business management, finance and control from the University of Pisa.
