The Board of Statutory Auditors of Destination Italia Group represents the supervisory body of the listed company and is responsible for supervising the activities of the directors and checking that the management and administration of the company are carried out in accordance with the law and the deed of incorporation.
Stefano Sarubbi
Born in Milan in 1965, he holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration and is a Certified Public Accountant, Auditor and Public Journalist. Active for more than 25 years in tax and corporate consulting for groups also operating internationally, he has also gained relevant experience in corporate organization and internal control, as well as in the implementation and optimization of business procedures. He is among the founders of the SIGMAGEST Group, which has been active for many years in business areas related to business organization, administrative outsourcing projects and risk consulting. He is the author of several in-depth works on tax and budget matters. From 1991 to the present, he has served as an auditor in several companies. He is also currently Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of INWIT S.p.a. (a company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange), COCA-COLA ITALIA S.r.l., as well as a member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of SHISEIDO ITALY S.p.a. and Sole Auditor of MATTEL ITALY S.r.l.
He is a member of various Supervisory Boards in major Italian companies.
Roberto Cassader
Graduated in Economics and Business in 1990 from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan, he has been a member of the Monza Order of Chartered Accountants since 1994 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 1999.
He is currently Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of, among others, Saras S.p.A. (listed) and F2i TLC 2 S.p.A. and Standing Auditor of, among others, EI Towers S.p.A. and FC Internazionale S.p.A. In the past, he was, among others, Standing Auditor of Webuild S.p.A. (listed), Servizi Italia S.p.A. (listed), Isagro S.p.A. (listed), Coca Cola Italia S.r.l., Lidl Italia S.r.l. and Leonardo Logistics S.p.A.
Performs tax and corporate consulting and tax litigation, for companies operating mainly in the international arena, and business valuation.
Alberto Venturini
Born in Milan in 1978, he graduated in Business Economics and Legislation from Bocconi Commercial University Luigi Bocconi in 2003, and has been a member of the Lodi Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Bookkeepers since 2006 and a member of the Register of Auditors since 2007.
He is currently a statutory auditor and auditor in various companies operating nationally and internationally. He performs tax and corporate consulting for companies operating mainly in the international arena and has significant experience in business valuation.
