The Board of Statutory Auditors of Destination Italia represents the supervisory body of the listed company and is entrusted with overseeing the activities of the directors and ensuring that the management and administration of the company are carried out in compliance with the law and the articles of association.
The Board of Statutory Auditors, appointed by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 27, 2026, shall remain in office for a period of three financial years until the approval of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2028.
Roberto Moro
Born in Milan, he graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Active for more than thirty years in tax, corporate and business advisory services, he has developed significant expertise in domestic and international taxation, corporate organization and internal control systems.
During his career, he held tax and administrative management positions within major Italian industrial groups, including the Telecom Italia Group and the Pirelli Group. He is the author of specialist tax publications and a member of professional advisory committees.
He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Standing Auditor and Sole Auditor for numerous companies, including entities belonging to leading Italian industrial and financial groups.
Immacolata Giuliano
She graduated in Business Economics and Corporate Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. She carries out professional activities in the fields of corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing, corporate governance and advisory services to industrial and financial groups, with a particular focus on extraordinary transactions, financial statements and corporate compliance.
Since 2021, she has been Counsel at FIVERS Studio Legale e Tributario. She has also developed specific expertise in ESG and governance matters through executive programs and specialized national and international training courses.
She serves as Standing Auditor, Alternate Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several companies operating in the industrial, financial and real estate sectors.
Michaela Rita Marcarini
Born in London, she graduated in Business Administration – Corporate Finance specialization from Bocconi University in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. She has practiced since 1987 in the areas of corporate, tax and insolvency advisory services, developing extensive expertise in corporate governance, statutory auditing and corporate restructuring procedures.
Throughout her career, she has held numerous institutional positions within the Milan Association of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, participating in study commissions on insolvency matters, governance and asset protection. She is also a speaker and lecturer in specialized courses dedicated to statutory auditing, boards of statutory auditors and corporate governance.
She currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors, Standing Auditor and member of supervisory bodies for several companies operating in the industrial, financial and real estate sectors.
Clarissa Cremona
She graduated in Business Economics and Corporate Law from Bocconi University in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. She gained professional experience at tax firms and audit companies, developing expertise in tax, corporate and accounting audit matters.
She carries out professional activities in the field of corporate and tax advisory services and serves as Standing Auditor and Statutory Auditor for companies operating across various industrial and commercial sectors.
Valerio Manicone
He graduated in Business Economics and Corporate Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and is a Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. He carries out professional activities in the fields of corporate taxation, tax compliance, VAT and corporate advisory services, with a particular focus on groups operating both nationally and internationally.
Since 2021, he has been Counsel at FIVERS Studio Legale e Tributario, after having gained previous experience at leading Italian professional firms. He is a speaker at master programs, seminars and conferences on tax and corporate matters and is the author of specialist publications.
He serves as Standing Auditor, Alternate Auditor and Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors for several companies.
