The resource will be responsible for:
· Providing customer assistance via phone, email, and WhatsApp

The ideal candidate possesses the following requirements:
· Fluent written and spoken English (B1/B2). Preference will be given to knowledge of a second language among the following: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese.

The resource will work the following shifts:
· Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The activity also includes the rotation management of a service phone from Monday to Sunday, from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
